All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

2. Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over €50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be as straightforward as installing our solar panels.

Return Conditions

You may return most items purchased on victroboutique.com within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is in its original packaging, unopened and unused
  • All accessories and manuals are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or invoice)

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following specialized products cannot be returned:

  • Solar and wind batteries (once activated, their condition cannot be verified)
  • Partially used autonomous solar kits or kits with separated components
  • Solar cables that have been cut or modified
  • Custom-made products such as certain solar panel mounting brackets

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide details: order number, product concerned, and reason for return
  3. Wait for our confirmation and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the product in its original packaging with all accessories

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the product
  • The credit will be applied to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your account.

Exchanges

To exchange a product for another (for example, exchanging a 12V solar regulator for a 24V model):

  1. Initiate the return process as described above
  2. Specify in your email that you want an exchange and indicate the replacement product desired
  3. We will send you an invoice for any price difference
  4. Once the return is received and approved, we will ship the new product

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product (such as a non-functional inverter or photovoltaic box):

  • Provide photos or videos showing the defect
  • We will arrange a free return and fast replacement

Technical Team Tip: Before returning a product for being « defective, » consult our online installation guides or contact our technical support. Sometimes what appears to be a hardware issue can be resolved with a simple adjustment, as with some solar and wind regulators.
